Apple is pretty good when it comes to patent wars but the table is
turning around in China. A Chinese company has accused Apple of
copying its design for the iPhone 6. The Chinese company claims it has
a design similar to the iPhone 6 which is protected by a patent.

100c is a Chinese smartphone sold under an obscure 100+ brand.
Beijing Intellectual Property Office has already ordered Apple to stop
selling the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in Beijing as reported by
Beijing Morning Post . This is because consumers may not be able to
tell the difference between Apple's design and the 100c's.
This looks more like a company that's trying to get what they can from
Apple through a lawsuit. Apple hasn't really been successful in China
in issues like this but the company has already filed an
administrative litigation to reverse the ban.
Normally, Apple is the company that chases down Android smartphone
makers for copyright infringement, but a tiny Chinese company has
actually got the Beijing Intellectual Property Office to believe Apple
is copied the company's design.
We are yet to know the outcome but for now, Apple continues selling
its product in China. This will continue till the outcome is
determined.
