It's no surprise that as more women sign onto dating apps, more of them start to receive risque pics from men. Dr. Donaghue says that a lot of times the urge to send a picture comes from a guy's sexual instincts. He says men are trained to be the initiator and a dick pic is a way to try and start the courting and sexualization process. "Guys feel like if they don't do it, it might never get in that direction."
